3.HOW LONG WILL YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER?
National (Romania) delivery times depend on the selected delivery type. Standard deliveries are made between 3 and 5 working days. During discount periods, delivery times may increase.
All international deliveries will be made via DHL express service within 3 to 6 business days depending on the country of delivery.
4.HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
Shipping fees for standard delivery in Romania are 15 RON. Deliveries in Romania are made through FANCurier partners.THE WOMEN'S LOCKER delivers internationally via DHL EXPRESS partner. Delivery costs will change automatically when you fill in the address where you want to receive the package.
5. CAN I TRACK THE ORDER?
Yes, in the "My Orders" section of "My Account", you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Confirmation" link in the confirmation email you received to see the status of your order.
6.WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?
After placing your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your items have been shipped (when your order leaves from the repository), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's website), and finally the courier will send you an SMS or email to inform you about the delivery. p>

Most of our products are classified as personal use, which means that no return will be accepted if the protective packaging has been opened, or if the sanitary seals and other protective elements have been removed. We also do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, product labels are no longer attached, or if the product is damaged or marked.
Exchanges and refunds are not accepted for removable cups.
In case of doubt about the condition of the returned garments, the opinion of the specialized staff of WOMENSLOCKER.EU will prevail, after proper inspection of the item, to prevent the fraudulent return of products that were worn or damaged.
2.HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Pick up from home: 1. Send an email to email@example.com or contact our team at 0040 0722844286 and request the return sticker. It allows free return of the order. 2. Stick the return sticker on the package and make sure that both the barcode and the corresponding information are legible. 3. Add a copy of the product invoice. 4. You will be contacted by the courier to pick up the package.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and new products, so the return is free.
3.HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
The deadline for any return is 14 calendar days from the date of shipment

Returns to WOMENSLOCKER.EU are always free.
5.HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?
Once the refund is approved, you will receive payment using the same method you used to make the purchase. .
6.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?
After approval of the refund (items must be in perfect condition and labeled), you will receive an email confirmation that you will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that the repayment of a credit card amount always depends on the bank. Please note that the amount paid for the initial delivery will not be refunded.
7.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE REFUND IS INCORRECT?
Contact our customer service department and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
WOMENSLOCKER.COM reserves the right to refuse refunds requested after the deadline or in the case of items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
